DELIVERY

ENJOY FREE DELIVERY on all orders WORLDWIDE.

We aim to deliver orders outside the Netherlands within the next 5 working days. For Dutch orders we aim to deliver the next working day if we received the order before 16:00. There maybe occasional times when longer delivery times occur due to factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

We offer worldwide free shipping for all O'Quirey products.​


RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition with bags and tags intact if possible. You can return the products within 14 days of receipt. Please add a signed form of withdrawal when you return a product. Download form of withdrawal. Return your order using one of the two methods below:

The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility; therefore we suggest you arrange a tracked or recorded delivery service.


REFUND

O'Quirey will refund all payments (including delivery costs) within 10-14 days from date of receipt of goods. O'Quirey will use the same payment method as used by the customer for refunds unless otherwise agreed by the customer. There is no fee to refund.
